According to a Hanley Wood Market Intelligence (in conjunction with Builder) Report, the Top Five Healthiest Housing Markets in the country are in Texas with San Antonio coming in at #4.

This ranking shows much promise not only for San Antonio, but for the Texas Hill Country and Cordillera Ranch. With mortgage rates at all time lows, the cost of new home construction coming down and lower Kendall County tax rates, the affordability of property in Cordillera Ranch has never been better.
