(August 01, 2007) BOERNE, TEXAS
– Cordillera Ranch, an 8,700-acre master-planned
residential community located in the Texas Hill Country,
was recognized again this year with two awards from the
Greater San Antonio Builder’s Association (GSABA) for
elements of its Simply marketing and advertising
campaign. GSABA annually acknowledges excellence in home
advertising and design with its “Summit” awards.
Cordillera Ranch won awards in two categories for 2007:
Best Direct Mail Piece (Developer) and Best
Television Commercial (Developer).
“We are honored that GSABA continues
to recognize the uniqueness of the Simply campaign and
the versatility it has provided,” said Chris Hill, Vice
President of Cordillera Ranch. “The Simply concept truly
embodies the natural beauty of Cordillera Ranch and the
uncomplicated way of life in the Texas Hill Country, and
it really resonates with potential homebuyers.”
In 2005, GSABA honored the newly
developed Simply campaign with three awards, including
Best Color Magazine Ad (Developer), Best
Billboard (Developer), and Best Sales Brochure
(Developer). The following year Cordillera Ranch took
home the trophies once again for Best Color Magazine
Ad (Developer) and Best Billboard
(Developer), as well as Best Website (Developer)
for its new website,
www.cordilleraranch.com. This year marks three years
of excellence with the Simply campaign, which continues
to evolve and expand to meet the dynamic needs and
interests of Cordillera Ranch’s potential buyers
Cordillera Ranch is a high-end
residential community that offers its residents on-site
recreational opportunities and combines seven
resort-style clubs in one unique location. The Simply
campaign, created by San Antonio-based KGBTexas Public
Relations/Advertising, conveys the resort lifestyle of
Cordillera Ranch to potential homebuyers with headlines
such as “Simply Magnificent” and “Simply Heaven.” It
also features a series of photographs that depict the
offerings of The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, including
the crown jewel of the development, a par-72 Jack
Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, which hosted its grand
opening this year
The campaign’s elements include
outdoor media, print ads, collateral materials, direct
mail, the website, television commercials, and a
completely redesigned sales center. The campaign
incorporates the positioning line: “This is living. Pure
and Simple.” into each of its marketing elements.
