The Houston Astros Choose Boerne’s Texas Investors Title to Make Historic Deal
Congratulations to Steve Vallone, Cordillera Ranch property owner and Texas Investors Title president, and his staff (Becky Edmitson and Jackie Crouch) on their participation in the sale of the Houston Astros from Drayton McLane to a partnership headed by Jim Crane and Crane Capital out of Houston. On November 22, 2011 Vallone and his team helped close the reported $680MM deal between the two parties. “What this shows is that you can be a small company in a small town and compete against anybody who might be in a larger city with a large company,” says Vallone in The Boerne Star article, out today.
