I’ve been involved in the development of Cordillera Ranch since its inception in 1996 when we started the master planning process for the community. During the initial years, most of my time was focused on getting the project off the ground through sales and marketing. Very soon my focus shifted to platting and infrastructure construction, and then in 2004, the construction of the golf course and other amenities of the Clubs of Cordillera Ranch.

My 45 year background in golf/real estate development includes sales, marketing and development strategies for Crown Colony (Lufkin, Texas), Southern Trace (Shreveport Louisiana), Jack Nicklaus Design (Japan) and finally Cordillera Ranch.

I am again shifting my focus to the marketing and selling of Cordillera Ranch while still being actively involved in the landplaning of our remaining property and also managing the Property Owners Association and the Architectural Review Committee.

My wife, Linda, and I have lived in the community 13 years of the 15 that I’ve been involved in Cordillera Ranch. I fully understand not only the natural beauty of this part of the Texas Hill Country, but also what we have created here for all of our family and friends. No community in the Southwestern United States offers the resort like amenities and quality of life and style we enjoy every day.
